The leather uppers feel and look amazing. The outsoles have minimal wear. The footbeds and inner lining are also in great shape. PLEASE NOTE the following imperfections: some light discoloration on the uppers at the tip of the toes, at the back of the right boot, and on the right side (outside) of the right boot at the widest part of the forefoot. See photos. Also note the minor roughness/wear at the front and back of the rubber of the heel blocks. Finally, note that the leather strap that goes through the buckle/harness is 2 ply (2 straps). Both sides are like this so I\'m assuming they are meant to be that way. FIT TIPS I have heard that John Varvatos boots fit true to size or perhaps more narrow and snug--they are expected to break in/shape to the foot. These boots have some minor shaping to the leather but do not appear fully shaped/broken in.
